AI deck generation for consulting teams

UltraPoint generates consulting deliverables — proposals, readouts, steering-committee and board decks — from the engagement's actual source material. It reads the data room, computes and verifies every figure, and builds the deck in the firm's own template, exporting native PPTX in about 3 minutes.

Consulting runs on decks: the proposal opens the engagement, the interim readout carries it, the steering-committee deck wins the decision. Generic AI presentation tools fail this work in a specific way — they produce generic-looking slides with unverifiable content, which means a consultant spends the saved time reformatting and re-checking. UltraPoint was built against that failure mode.

Why generic AI tools break down at consulting decks

How UltraPoint handles the engagement workflow

Every deck is staffed like an engagement — a sequence of AI specialists mirroring how a team actually works: an engagement manager reads the brief and sets the approach; a diligence analyst indexes every page of every file; a research analyst fills gaps the files don't cover; a financial analyst computes every figure in code; a senior associate drafts the argument slide by slide; a presentation specialist builds each slide in the firm's style.

The output: a deck in your firm's exact template — uploaded from past work or chosen from built-in presets in the styles of McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and others — with a claim-by-claim audit trail behind every number, exported as native PPTX that any consultant can edit like a hand-built file.

What consulting teams ship with it

UltraPoint is in daily use by professionals at McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, KPMG, and Alvarez & Marsal, among 250+ firms; 24,000+ slides have shipped in firms' own styles.

From the tools consultants already use

Through the MCP server, decks can be generated directly from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor — "turn this analysis into a 12-slide readout in our template" from inside the chat where the analysis happened. See the MCP integration docs.

Frequently asked questions

Can UltraPoint match my firm's deck template exactly?

Yes — upload a single past deck, a template file, or a library of prior work and it becomes a reusable house style applied to layout grammar, palette, and typography. Built-in presets in the styles of major consulting firms are also available.

How does figure verification work?

Every deck keeps a claim-by-claim audit trail: which figures were traced to which source documents, what was verified, and what was removed. Figures are computed in code from the underlying material, not generated as plausible-looking text.

Can it read a full data room?

It ingests 400-page PDFs, large Excel models, Word, and PowerPoint files, and analyzes them the way an analyst would — extracting the analysis, not just summarizing.

Is client material safe?

Workspaces are isolated at the database layer and visible only to your team. Viewer and editor roles, read-only links, and SSO control access. Sharing is opt-in.
